Despite all that, he is college educated and even received a degree in honest business administration. He has never been caught and has now retired. He does not live in the United States.
Richard is the author of American Roulette, his memoir about his fun and games ripping off gambling casinos. Largely through his own efforts, Richard has appeared on several TV and radio shows, notably Entertainment Tonight and the History Channel’s Breaking Vegas series.
